Introduction
Welcome! Thanks for coming by. My name is Caroline and I am an experienced woodwind repairer and player based in North Norfolk.
Whether your instrument requires a minor adjustment or complete overhaul, I am able to help and with no minimum charge, you only pay for the time taken and the parts used. As a player I appreciate how inconvenient it is to be without your instrument for any length of time, so I aim to turn repairs around as quickly as possible.

BACKGROUND
I am an oboe, clarinet, flute and saxophone player and trained as a technician at Trevor J James & Co, specialist woodwind manufacturers. I was workshop manager, not only involved in setting up new instruments for very demanding customers worldwide, but also dealing with waranty repairs, quality control and the development of new lines. Since leaving, I still carry out freelance work for Trevor J James (now Worldwind Music) as well as carrying out repairs for local teachers and schools; and set up work for Woodwind Direct.
